past eight months, Amnesty International spot "Power of Your Voice" can not be broadcast on national television channels. The Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade hinders their release denying the exemption for computer advertising. Not only denies the public service announcement, which prevents your free issue, but also qualifies it as political advertising. This rating is considered unlawful issuance by any TV channel (Article 9. 1c Law 25/1994) and punishable as a grave breach (Article 20.2 of the Act).
Luckily less and less television is the ultimate mass. Increasingly a more participatory process in which interaction may be making headway.
