A. - NATIONAL SOVEREIGNTY :

B. - PROTECTION AGAINST DOMESTIC AND INDUSTRY latifundios:
4 .- Heritage Protection for the sugar companies Pomalca, Tuman and Cayaltí. Free Delivery of the actions of state workers. Andahuasi solution to the problem and the demand for workers in San Jacinto. Solution to the demands of the sugar workers of Chucarapi, Cartavio, Paramonga, Casa Grande and Pucalá.
