Judiciary declared inadmissible injunction forcing the return of students to the Police Academy

Bagua Grande, 03/24/1911. (Jose Flores) .- In March 2010 decision, the judges of the Supreme Court of Lambayeque, Piscoya Diaz, Leonardo and Quispe Parihuamán Diaz, reversed the ruling by the judge of the Second Court of Jaen admitted the injunction request submitted by the student Mario Castillo Sigilfredo Cajusol, ordering his reinstatement as a student at the School PNP-Amazonas. And therefore provision of these vowels, Castillo Cajusol may not graduate.
The appeal against the injunction was filed by the chairman of the Disciplinary Board of the School, the same who argued that the student in question has committed serious misconduct to "present the school with alcohol on his breath."
